Institute of Petroleum Management - IPMG

Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar (IPMG) is a study area of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) has been established by the Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC) - A Government of Gujarat Undertaking. IPMG provides several management programmes to fulfill the managerial demands of Oil & Gas sector. The course and program offerings bear on to Management, Economics, Supply Chain, International Geo-Political affairs, Project Management, Oil & Gas Accounting & Finance and Laws-to remark a few areas, of the Oil & Gas Sector. Admission to IPMG is done through with CAT scores.

Eligibility :

A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply.

Selection Procedure :

Final Selection for IPMG is based on the following weighatges of different factors :

CAT Score :

• Quantitative percentile : 25%
• Logical and Data Interpretation percentile : 20%
• Verbal percentile:5%
• Past Academic Record :10%
• Work Experience :10%

GD & PI

• Group Discussion :10%
• Personal Interview : 20%
