Graphic Era University

The Graphic Era University, Dehradun is one of the leading colleges in the North, and has been setting new standards of education, leaving benchmark for other institutes to follow. With an ambition of setting up an internationally recognized and acknowledged institute, this University was set up. Producing extremely avant garde students who are efficient, rigorous and hard working is what the Vishwavidyalaya aims at.

Established in 1996 and dedicatedly working to achieve excellent quality higher education in technical and professional fields for students who are ambitious and have dreams of pursuing higher education of a good standard, the Graphic Era Educational Society has been taking education and knowledge to new heights in India, ones that have not yet been witnessed.

To provide training, research and education to aspiring students is one of the objectives of this Society. To impart affordable yet avant garde education to the students in and around the state, the State established a centre of excellence in terms of professional and technical education, which was the Uttarakhand Graphic Era University. The Graphic Era University faculties are responsible for imparting A-class education to the students and take care of their all round development and growth they are also to take care of the Graphic Era University exams and Graphic Era University results which are but a measure of assessing and analyzing the performance of the students.

GEPVV facilities include :

  1. Classrooms
    • With the environment set up for soaking up knowledge, the classrooms and lecture halls are equipped with LCD projectors, Networked Computers, White Board and adept teachers to impart excellent standards of education to the students are provided.
  2. Laboratories
    • The laboratories are state of the art laboratories to imbibe practical education in the students.
  3. Conference Halls
    • Air conditioned halls for new seminars with audio, video and U shaped halls are present.
  4. Workshops for fitting, carpentry, machine, smithy, forging, welding, tin-smithy, foundry, pattern making, Mechanical machine Shop, Central Lathes, Shaping Machines, Drilling Machines, Electrical shops with AC/DC motors, Generators, Alternators for the all round development and exposure to new advancements in the field f education for the students of the UGEPV University.

GEPVV Campus

The UGEPV Campus which is situated in Dehradun has spread over a large area and its architecture is one of those universities which contain all the basic facilities inside the campus starting from academics and research facilities to laboratories, fully equipped libraries, administrative offices etc all found in a single campus. The Graphic Era University campus is situated on the Bell Road, Clement Town, Dehradun, and Uttarakhand, India.
