CISCE terms 'baseless' to CBSE's grading system

On the direction of Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal, the the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) followed a nine-point grading system, but the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) other hand termed it as "baseless".
