Ph.D. Admission 2025 - Research Entrance Test
Highly prestigious and internationally prominent Mangalayatan University of NCR (well-established near Aligarh) invites earnest applications for finding admissions to its full time and part time research programs for the session 2025, which will be conducted under its various academic faculty departments. Ambitiously set up in 2006, Mangalayatan University (MU) is duly recognized under the section 2(f) of the UGC Act of 1956, and is a vibrant member of the AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
Its phd admissions admissions will be made based on the results obtained by the interested candidates in the MU research entrance test (MURET) and in the person interview/viva voce. These MURET and interview will be conducted strictly as per the new provisions given under the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degrees) (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
Eligibility :
- Masters Degree from any Recognized University or Institution thereto in a relevant subject with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ Differently-Abled and such other categories, relaxation as per the decision of the UGC & Govt. of India will be accorded.
- Candidates who have already passed UGC (JRF) Examinations/ NET/ SET/ SLET or have M. Phil degree can directly appear for interview.
