Varanasi BHU PMT Medical Entrance Exam
Enquire NowBanaras Hindu University conducts an All India competitive written test (PMT) for admission to MBBS course. The Papers for the PMT are of objective type consisting of a paper each in Physical Sciences (Physics & Chemistry) and Biological Science (Botany & Zoology).
Eligibility :
- A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregate for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- For B. Pharm. course a candidate should have got at least 60% marks for general and OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates. Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2020 can also apply.
- A candidate should be between 17-25 years of age as on 31st December, 2020.

Application Form :
Forms can be availed from some branches of Bank of Baroda on cash payment of Rs.1000/(Rs 600/ for SC/ST candidates.
One can also acquire an application form through registered post by sending a written request along with a crossed demand draft/ banker's cheque (MICR only) of Rs.1060/(Rs 660/ for SC ST candidates. The demand draft should be drawn in favor of The Director, Institutes of medical Sciences BHU, payable at Varanasi.
