National Law Institute University Entrance Examination

The National Law Institute University - NLIU is one of good Law institutes in India. It is famous for providing high quality legal education, research and training. It has a sense of challenging capabilities in its students. It has a rich library with a good number of books, journals and electronic data base. It admits 90 students seats for its BA LLB program out of which 45 seats are reserved for the candidates from Madhya Pradesh and 45 seats are meant for candidates from all over India. It also admits 52 students for its LLM program.

Application Form :

NLIU admits candidates on the basis of CLAT; candidates should apply for the CLAT. Candidates can obtain the CLAT form selected branches of Indian Bank, State Bank of India and all National Law Schools. They can download the CLAT form from the website www.clat.ac.in.

NLIU Eligbility for B.A, LL.B (Hons) Program :

Candidates who want to take admission should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved candidates).

NLIU Eligibility for LL.M. Program :

Candidates seeking admission to its Post Graduate Program should have passed B.A. LLB or LLB with 55% marks (50% for reserved).

CLAT Paper :

• General English: 40 questions
• General Knowledge/Current Affairs: 50 questions
• Elementary Mathematics: 20 questions
• Legal Aptitude: 50 questions
• Logical Reasoning: 40 questions
